Managed Solutions provide turnkey deployments of Xerox DocuShare on one of WaterWare's secure servers. These hosted systems are designed for businesses, government agencies or schools that want the power and convenience of a Web-based document management system with none of the system administration responsibilities. Using a standard Internet connection, your employees, customers, citizens or students can access files and documents from work, home or anywhere on the road.

DocuShare Professional
The DocuShare Professional managed account is designed for professionals, small businesses or workgroups that need to securely share documents and electronic files with clients, vendors and partners.
Professionals can set up named accounts to share project plans, design proofs, tax forms or legal contracts with selected clients. These named accounts can be established permanently for long-term clients or they can be recycled with new usernames and passwords for different clients on a short term project basis.
Each DocuShare Professional account includes:

- 10 Client Access Licenses
- Secure document access for each client or customer
- Powerful full-text search engine (Verity)
- Documents accessible by either a Web browser or Windows Client

DocuShare Interact Project
The DocuShare Interact Project managed account is designed for project teams that need a Web-based system to share documents and project planning. Including DocuShare Interact allows the team to collaborate online with easy to use Smart Templates.
Team members can manage the project, set agendas, take notes during virtual meetings and edit Web-based documents using just a Web browser. With shared to-do lists, calendars and threaded discussions, DocuShare Interact allows information to be easily managed, shared and archived.
