WaterWare Aquifer
WaterWare's Aquifer capture platform is tightly integrated with EIP (Extensible Interface Platform) enabled Xerox Multifunction Peripherals (MFPs) for scanning and Xerox DocuShare for document management.
Aquifer enables your business to design and enforce a robust Information Architecture for the indexing, storing and retrieval of scanned documents. Aquifer EHR Edition is specifically tailored to Electronic Health Records but Aquifer can also be used for Human Resources, contract management, loan processing and many other vertical markets.
WaterWare Scan Manager
Scan Manager allows documents to be indexed and filed from within Xerox DocuShare. Commonly used with MFPs for scanning, DocuShare's content intake engine is used to automatically import scanned files from a shared watch folder. Once the files are in DocuShare, Scan Manager can be customized for complex indexing and filing, frequently leveraging external databases for automatic lookups of index values and data integrity checking.
