Ascent Capture
Ascent Capture is the centerpiece of the Ascent product family—it's a modular application that can be used right out of the box to meet the information capture needs of a specific department, and expanded with Ascent modules to meet the complex requirements of a high-volume enterprise.

Ascent Capture Internet Server
Ascent Capture Internet Server (ACIS) is an optional module in the Ascent family that enables you to capture documents and data from your organization's remote offices directly into your central Ascent system. In a typical ACIS installation, each remote site is equipped with a standard Ascent Capture scan station for imaging batches of documents. Additional Ascent workstations can be included for data extraction, indexing or even validation.
Ascent Collection Server
The Ascent Collection Server is the universal front door to Ascent Capture. It accepts documents from anywhere using the Internet or a network connection and delivers them to Ascent Capture. Any third party application, digital copier, or multi-function peripheral (MFP) can be integrated into an Ascent Capture solution for ad hoc and batch-oriented document capture.
Capio
Capio lets you scan, file, retrieve, send, manage and archive documents from a single, easy-to-use screen. Compatible with all desktop scanners, you can easily manipulate pages and edit documents. By combining Capio with Ascent, larger organizations can enable knowledge workers in remote locations to easily capture transactional documents to launch a business process or populate an archive.
Capio uses VRS (VirtualReScan)—the de facto standard for scanning productivity—to guarantee the best image quality without rescanning or tinkering with settings. Capio even gives you the ability to edit an image long after you scanned it. You can correct the brightness and contrast of an image, or clip out an area of an electronic document.
